Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. All international orders are sent DDP—Delivery Duty Paid. No additional fees will be required to receive your parcel.

How soon will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please keep in mind that Saturday, Sunday and certain US holidays are not business days. For example, if you place your order on a Friday there is a possibility that it will not ship until the following Wednesday. If you need to receive your order by a certain date such as a birthday or other special occasion, we recommend that you select a Priority or Expedited shipping option.
I really want to order, but international shipping is so high! Is there a cheaper option?
Sadly, no. International shipping is simply not cheap. There are Amar&Riley resellers in Australia and Canada. You can find their information listed on the Stockist page. They may carry the products you wish to purchase and shipping from them will be cheaper and faster.
Do you accept returns?
Products in new condition and in original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of order date. Products in new condition and in original packaging can be exchanged for credit towards another purchase within 90 days of original order date. Return and exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Do you replace defective items?
We take great care to check the quality of each item, but every once and awhile an item will slip past our eagle eyes. If you receive a product that appears deficient in someway, please reach out to us within 90 days of purchase.
My order shows it was shipped but the tracking information isn't providing updates or has stopped updating. Can you provide more information about my delivery?
There is no information beyond the tracking number that I can provide to you. If you have not received delivery after 3 weeks for orders within the US or 3 months for international shipments, please reach out to me. While many parcels have been delayed beyond what might seem normal, all have eventually been delivered. All transit times are estimates only and not guaranteed. I fully understand how challenging it is to wait for an anticipated package and thank you for your patience and understanding.
The tracking information says my order was delivered but no delivery was made. Can you tell me where my package is?
The first thing to do is verify the shipping address provided with your order is 100% complete and correct. If correct, very occasionally the tracking info will indicate a package was delivered but it won't actually show up for another day or two. It may have been misdelivered to another address or another unit in the building. If that was the case, the majority of the time the recipient will return the package to the postal carrier and the correct delivery will be made shortly. In any case, I suggest you leave a note for the mail carrier asking if they can provide more information. If you have spoken with your mail carrier and local postal branch and the package still has not arrived within 5 business days, please reach out to me.
My order is a gift. Can you include a gift message?
Absolutely. On the "cart" page there is a field for order notes and you can write your message there. You can also email me your message after your order is placed.
Do you do wholesale?
Yep! Just message me with your store name and location and I'll get back to you with account and ordering details.
Can you make custom designs?
Yes and no. Depending on the time of year, I can occasionally offer custom services. This is generally only possible from January to June. The closer to the holiday season, the less likely I can squeeze it in. For a wholly original design, the minimum order is 100 pieces and the turnaround time is 3 months. I like (insert product here) but want it a little different. Can you do that?
Generally, the only features that can be changed on existing designs are enamel colors, gems, and metal finish. The wait-time for semi-custom pieces is 4-6 weeks and prices start at twice the regular price.
